Hope, AR and Monticello, AR - Johnson's Warehouse Showroom, has made the announcement to close its doors. JWS has retained WMC to conduct the Store Closing. After serving the community for over 20 and 25 years respectfully, it will be a great loss for local customers. Johnson's Warehouse Showroom has been known for its high quality furniture, appliances, and electronics.

Each year the Piedmont Furniture Club donates proceeds from the annual golf tournament to Brenner Children's Hospital, specifically the Children's Cancer Fund which supports Pediatric Oncology research. Alongside many of our friends in the furniture industry, Wahlquist was proud to sponsor such an event and worthy cause.
The Piedmont (NC) Furniture Club held its 29th annual golf tournament on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at the High Point Country Club - Willow Creek in High Point, NC. The Piedmont Club is part of the Virginia/Carolinas HFRA chapter of the International Home Furnishings Representatives Association, and provides industry reps with local networking, services and events throughout the year.
This year $5,000 in tournament proceeds were donated to Brenner Children's Hospital, Pediatric Oncology Research Division. This year's donation was made in honor of all that have endured the devastation that cancer carries with it.
Past honorees have been: Fred and Jeff Murrow of Murrow's Trucking (2011), Christine O'Connor DesVergers, daughter of Madeline and Kevin O'Connor of Samson Marketing (2012) and Harold Hart, furniture distributer and owner of Hart Furniture in Siler City, NC (2013).

The Dallas Cowboys and the Chicago Bears faced off on Monday Night October 1, 2012!! The Bears came away with the win 34-18, but the Wahlquist suite was still rocking with excitement.
